One-time design and setup fees are due as agreed in writing.

Monthly maintenance fees are payable on the agreed date each month.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of the website until payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, images, and content for their websites.

Clients must ensure they have the right to use any materials provided.

4. Ownership & Licenses

Upon full payment, the website design and content belong to the client, except for any third-party tools, plugins, or templates used under license.

BlackApple Websites retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing.

5. Revisions & Support

Basic revisions are included during the development phase. Additional changes after approval may incur extra fees.

Ongoing support is provided under the maintenance plan selected by the client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlackApple Websites is not responsible for losses due to downtime, hacking, or third-party service failures.

Clients are responsible for keeping login details secure.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Client data (names, emails, phone numbers) is collected solely to deliver our services and will not be sold to third parties.
